Cancellation, Reschedule, and Refund Policy

This policy applies to Liberty Hill AI bookings offered by AIGenCoach LLC. It is part of the Terms of Service.

Free 15-minute clarity call

There is no charge. Cancel or reschedule anytime before the call.

Repeated no-shows may cause us to decline later free-call bookings. That does not affect your ability to book a paid session.

Paid sessions — payment due at booking

Personal AI working sessions, the three-session package, and small business working sessions are paid in full when you book, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

The amount charged is the price shown at checkout.

Reschedule with 24 hours’ notice

You may reschedule a paid session until 24 hours before the start time at no extra charge, subject to available times.

Inside 24 hours, no-shows, and late joins

If you cancel, no-show, or request a change less than 24 hours before the start time:

  • the session is nonrefundable
  • you may reschedule that same paid session once
  • a second late cancel or no-show for that session is forfeited and is not refunded

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may cause the session to be shortened or treated as delivered. We will still try to use remaining time.

Three-session package

The package is prepaid at booking.

  • Each remaining session follows the same 24-hour reschedule rule.
  • A late cancel or no-show uses the one-time courtesy reschedule for that session only.
  • If you cancel unused remaining sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice before the next remaining session, we will refund the unused sessions on a pro-rata basis (package price divided by three), minus any session already delivered or forfeited.

If we cancel

If Heath cancels or cannot deliver a session, you choose:

  • a reschedule at no extra charge, or
  • a full refund of the undelivered session (or the unused pro-rata portion of a package)

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing time depends on Stripe and your bank.

Payment-processor fees are not added on top of your session price. If a refund is issued, the amount you paid for the refunded session or unused package portion is returned, except where this policy says a session is forfeited.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first at heath@libertyhillai.com. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. Confirmed delivered sessions and forfeited late cancellations are not refundable except as required by law.

Exceptions

We may make a one-time exception for documented emergency, illness, or family need. Exceptions are discretionary and do not change this policy for later bookings.

How to request a change

Email heath@libertyhillai.com or call (833) 826-5843 with your name, booking time, and requested change.

Texas law may provide additional rights that cannot be waived. If those rights apply, they control over this policy.
